All our web hosting plans come with the ability to setup custom email accounts based on your domain name, you@yourdomain.co.uk.
The storage limit on your email accounts are based on your web hosting plan storage. This means if you have a web hosting account with 1GB storage and you use 200MB for a website you will have 800MB left for use with email and other applications.
At anytime you wish to upgrade/downgrade your service or increase your web space on your current web hosting plan we ask that you submit a support ticket to our team who will fulfil your requirements.
The amount of web space you need depends on what you want to host from your account. An average website for a campsite, high street shop or takeaway for example will use less than 200MB which our Basic plan would be fine. However if you want email accounts with alot of storage, high file size images or videos then taking a step towards our Personal or Business plans would be better suited.

Yes, if you already own a domain name through another domain registar, but are wishing to get a web hosting package from The Simple Host then all you will have to do is point your nameservers towards our web servers. Enter your current domain name during checkout and all nameserver information will be provided with your welcome email.
